Resolution No. 2024-029 <br />Page 2 of 2 <br />That all entities having any right, title, or interest in the Public Service Easement <br />being vacated have been notified of this action. <br />SECTION 2. The City Manager shall execute the Quitclaim of Public Service Easement <br />across 870 St. John Court as authorized by this Resolution. <br />SECTION 3.
