This includes 48 three- and four-bedroom townhome-style <br />condo units that would be provided in clusters of six or seven side-by-side units, each <br />with an attached two-car garage, with units ranging from 1,691 to 2,378-square-feet. <br />Nine of the units would have a second attached, 565-square foot one-bedroom <br />condominium apartment unit in a duplex configuration, with a one-car garage. The nine <br />one-bedroom units are proposed to be deed-restricted to lower-income households, to <br />meet the City’s inclusionary zoning requirements.
