Three accessible parking spaces are also provided for added convenience as well as four bike parking Spaces. In L ’Academy’s other suburban locations between 5-10% of their students do not arrive by car. This will be one of L ’Academy’s best parked locations with 1 parking space for every 4 students, vs other suburban locations where there is 1 parking space for every 9+ students and do not have traffic issues. While the operator and AvalonBay are currently confident that there is sufficient parking available for pick up and drop off. If parking and traffic become an issue we are committed to finding an alternate place for on site staff to park in order to free up additional parking spaces, as well as work with on site staff to make changes to drop off procedures to avoid any traffic on Rosewood or Owens. Sign-In and Sign-Out Procedures Stringent protocols for signing in and out are meticulously upheld to ensure the safety of children, restricting pick-up privileges solely to pre-authorized individuals. Operational Calendar and Closures The operational calendar comprises closures for specific holidays and teacher in-service days.
