Operational Focus <br />The operational hours of the facility are set from 7:30 am to 5:30 pm, facilitating morning drop-offs <br />between 7:30 am and 9 am, and afternoon pickups from 3 pm to 5:30 pm throughout the entire <br />workweek. <br />Facility Features <br />Regarding parking, the facility will provide a total of 27 parking spaces, with 18 allocated for staff and 6 <br />for temporary caregivers, including one accessible spot. Additionally, there will be three more accessible <br />parking spaces for added convenience. The childcare facility has a maximum licensed capacity of 110 <br />students, spread across five classrooms, each capable of accommodating up to 24 children, with a <br />dedicated staff body of 18 members. <br /> <br />Regulatory Compliance <br />In alignment with regulatory standards, the facility adheres to several crucial criteria: <br /> Compliance with the 2022 California Building & Fire Code, incorporating pertinent City of <br />Pleasanton amendments. <br /> Meeting parking requirements, maintaining a balanced 1:1 ratio for staff and ample temporary <br />caregiver parking. <br /> Strict adherence to the City of Pleasanton Noise Ordinance. <br /> Conformance with zoning regulations, ensuring no adverse impact on public health, safety, or <br />welfare. <br /> Compliance with stipulations outlined in the PMC Chapter 18.14. <br /> <br />Facility Location <br />Situated at 5675 Owens Dr, spanning 6600 square feet, the facility comprises 5 classrooms, 3 child <br />restrooms, 2 adult bathrooms, and other essential rooms. Additionally, an outdoor play area, discreetly <br />fenced at the rear of the building, utilizes the existing landscaped space. <br /> <br />Operational Schedule <br />Operating Monday to Friday, the facility offers full-day schedules from 7:30 am to 5:30 pm. <br />Arrival and Departure <br />Morning drop-off spans from 7:30 am to 9:30 am, while afternoon pick-up times extend from 3:30 pm to <br />5:30 pm. The designated large windows for arrival and departure times aim to minimize traffic <br />congestion during peak hours.
