Your November 1, <br />2023, application was then supplemented with information that you provided to Riley Eidson, Project <br />Planner, copied here, on November 9th, as well as further information that you emailed to Larissa Seto, <br />Assistant City Attorney, copied here, on November 16th. <br />The location of your proposed business is on a parcel with a Neighborhood Commercial (CN) zoning <br />designation. As your company’s business website from November 2023 states, “Good coffee is sexy!”, <br />includes a figure in a bikini, and discusses “sexy baristas” and a “classic ‘bikini barista’ model”: <br /> <br />EXHIBIT B
