Fourth Amendment Page 1 <br />FOURTH AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT <br />This Fouth Amendment to Agreement ("Fourth Amendment") is entered into this 23rd <br />day of April 2024 by the City of Pleasanton ("City") and Tri-Valley Community Television, a <br />501c3 non-profit organization ("Consultant”). <br />Whereas, on July 9, 2020 the City and Tri-Valley Community Television entered into <br />Professional Services Agreement for broadcasting and production services for public meetings <br />(“Agreements”). The First amendment was made on June 18, 2021, the Second Amendment on <br />June 20, 2022, and the Third Amendment on July 1, 2023. <br />Whereas, the parties wish to increase compensation for services through June 30, 2024. <br />Now, therefore, in exchange for valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby <br />acknowledged, the parties agree as follows: <br />1.Section 4. Compensation is amended to increase compensation for services by <br />$11,037.00 in accordance with the 2023-2024 rate card and reimbursement to not exceed <br />$66,037.00. <br />2.This amendment may be executed in multiple counterparts, each of which shall be an <br />original and all of which together shall constitute one agreement. Counterparts may be delivered <br />via facsimile, electronic mail (including pdf or any electronic signature complying with U.S. <br />federal E-Sign Act of 2000 (15 U.S. Code §7001 et seq.), California Uniform Electronic <br />Transactions Act (Cal.
