8 <br /> <br /> <br />SPECIFIC SCOPE OF WORK: <br /> Framing: <br />x Frame new walls inside the workshop with metal studs, including door opening <br />x Frame a false wall next to the metal exterior wall for insulation purposes <br />x Frame a new window opening in the office area (4x8 window to be installed separately) <br />x Block and install wood or metal backing for foldable workshop tables hanging on the walls <br /> <br />Electrical: <br />x Rough in new receptacles throughout wall and worktable receptacles <br />x Install a switch for T-bar lights <br />x Install T-bar LED lights (Quantity: 6, 2x2 lights) <br /> <br />Plumbing: <br />x Remodel existing wall mount sink <br />x Cap hot and cold-water supply lines inside wall <br />x Cap ABS or copper waste drain inside wall <br />x Dispose of all debris <br /> <br />Insulation: <br />x Insulate all new walls with R13 or R19 insulation <br /> <br />Drywall: <br />x Install 5/8 drywall on all new walls <br />x Tape, skim all joints, and provide a smooth finish <br /> <br />Primer and Paint: <br />x Prime and paint all new drywall, new doors, and trims <br /> <br />Additional Items: <br />x Ceiling Heater: Relocate the shop ceiling heater approximately 3 feet away from the new wall <br />x Fire Sprinkler: Drop new fire sprinkler heads in the new room build-out. Connect to the existing <br />sprinkler above <br />x Carpet: Prepare shop for floor installation of new 24'x24' carpet tiles (glue down) <br />x Doors: Install pre-hung commercial door with right-hand swing and threshold <br />x Cove Base: Install rubber cove base in the new room build-out <br />x Foldable Tables: Install new foldable tables (24x60) manufactured by Uline. Quantity: 8 <br />x T Bar: Install new T-bar grid with new T-bar tile in the new room build-out <br />x HVAC: Run new ducting for supply and return.
