Based on further clarification of the City’s intent <br />at each repair area, during a meeting on February 26, 2024, we have revised our cost proposal <br />and scope of services for the projects as presented in this revised proposal. <br /> <br />For the purposes of the environmental review, permitting, and 100 percent plans, specifications and <br />estimate packages for these repair efforts, the storm repair project sites will be grouped as follows. <br /> <br />• Bernal Project (Bernal Trails) and;. <br />• Combined Sites Project (Oak Tree Farm, Sassafras, and Vineyard) <br /> <br />One set of documents will be prepared for both the Combined Sites (CS) Project and for the Bernal <br />Project. We believe combining the projects into these two separate packages will help streamline <br />resource agency permitting and project bidding. <br /> <br />We are also providing a separate scope of services to provide preliminary engineering studies for a <br />realignment of a portion of a City of Pleasanton storm drain located near the intersection of Sunol <br />Boulevard and Sycamore Road where recent flooding has occurred. <br /> <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> <br />Phase 001 – Land Surveying <br /> <br />MacKay and Somps will provide a land survey of each of the four repair areas.
