Moreover, there are several <br />sharp bends between the inlet and outlet of the system where debris is clogging flows during <br />larger storm events. We propose the following services. <br /> <br />1. Bring a hydrology report prepared by RJA Inc. for Sycamore Creek in 1997 up to 2018 <br />Alameda County Standards <br />2. Survey existing storm drain to verify location of existing manholes, pipe sizes, and adjacent <br />utilities. <br />3. Provide a hydraulic model with alternatives to reduce clogging potential of the system. <br />4. Provide a cost estimate and 65 percent drawings of the preferred alternative. <br /> <br />ENGEO will perform Task 1. MacKay and Somps will generally perform Tasks 2 through 4 with <br />oversight from ENGEO. <br /> <br />FEE <br /> <br />We propose to perform the above-described scope of services for an estimated fee of $782,407. <br />We have included a cost spreadsheet for ENGEO and our subconsultant team in the attachments. <br />We have broken down the cost for each project as follows.
