P23-0599, Kelley Rutchena, 5976 & 5994 West Las Positas Boulevard – Application for Design <br />Review and a Vesting Tentative Map for a housing development that includes the demolition of two <br />existing commercial buildings and construction of 146 multi-family residential units with 38 <br />accessory dwelling units with associated site improvements located at 5976 & 5994 West Las <br />Positas Boulevard <br /> <br />Recommendation: Adopt Resolution No. PC-2024-07 denying the applications for Design Review <br />and Vesting Tentative Tract Map, filed as P23-0599. <br /> <br />Associate Planner Diego Mora presented the item. <br /> <br />Chair Gaidos opened the public comment. Public comments were received from Aidan Barry and Bryan <br />Wenter on behalf of the applicant. <br /> <br />Chair Gaidos closed the public comment. <br /> <br />MOTION: It was m/s by Mohan/Jain to adopt Resolution No. PC-2024-07, as recommended.
