<br />Planning Commission Minutes Page 1 of 3 April 10, 2024 <br /> <br /> <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />MEETING MINUTES <br /> <br /> <br />Wednesday, April 10, 2024 <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER, PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE, AND ROLL CALL <br /> <br />Chair Gaidos called the regular meeting of the Planning Commission to order at 7:02 p.m. from the City <br />Council Chambers located at 200 Old Bernal Avenue and via teleconference at 3529 Knollwood Drive, <br />Carlsbad, CA 92010. <br /> <br />Commissioner Jain led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> <br />Commissioners Present: Commissioners Anurag Jain, Vivek Mohan, Ken Morgan, Brandon Pace <br />via teleconference, Stephanie Wedge, and Chair Matt Gaidos <br /> <br />Commissioners Absent: None <br /> <br /> <br />AGENDA AMENDMENTS <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> <br />1. Actions of the Zoning Administrator <br /> <br />Recommendation: Receive report. <br /> <br />2. P24-0110, Nora Collins, 5675 Owens Drive (parent address 4452 Rosewood Drive) – Application <br />for a Conditional Use Permit to operate a childcare facility for a maximum of 110 children and 18 <br />staff members at the facility at one time in an approved yet constructed building to be located at the <br />northeast corner of Rosewood and Owens Drives <br /> <br />Recommendation: Adopt Resolution No. PC-2024-06 approving the application. <br /> <br />3. Approve the meeting minutes of March 27, 2024 <br /> <br />Recommendation: Approve the meeting minutes. <br /> <br />MOTION: It was m/s by Pace/Jain to approve the Consent Calendar, as recommended.
