2175 North California Boulevard <br />Suite 315 <br />Walnut Creek, California 94596 <br />www.woodardcurran.com <br />T 800.426.4262 <br />T 925.627.4100 <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br />The scope of services for the Master Plan Support is summarized below. <br />Task 1 – Project Management and Coordination <br />Woodard & Curran recognizes communication and coordination with the project team members from the City as key factors in the success of this project to meet the project schedule within the proposed budget. Items included under this task to ensure successful project delivery include regularly scheduled conference calls with the project team to share information and discuss project progress. <br />The following activities are included: <br />•Kickoff Meeting – Woodard & Curran will conduct a kickoff meeting with City staff todiscuss the project scope, approach, schedule and assumptions, communications <br />protocol, and initial data needs for moving forward with the master planning activities. <br />•Progress Meetings – In addition to frequent contact via email and telephone, Woodard& Curran will participate in periodic progress meetings with the City to discuss projectprogress, findings, outstanding issues, and next steps. At a minimum, project statusmeetings will be held with City staff following completion of each major task to discuss <br />findings and any review comments on draft deliverables. <br />•Progress Reporting – Woodard & Curran will prepare monthly progress reports to <br />summarize project activities and budget/schedule status. <br />Task 1 Deliverables <br />•Agendas and meeting minutes from the kickoff meeting and project progress meetings <br />•Monthly invoices and project progress reports <br />Task 1 Assumptions <br />•Three (3) project meetings including Kickoff <br />Task 7 – Condition Assessment and Rehabilitation and Replacement Recommendations <br />This task involves review and analysis of sewer inspection data collected by the City and developing a process to identify and prioritize sewer rehabilitation needs. <br />Subtask 7.1 Review Sewer AI Inspection Videos W&C will review approximately 2 – 3 miles of CCTV video collected by Pipe and Plant and City <br />staff scoring NASSCO defects in the pipes (an allowance of approximately 40 hours of video review plus development of findings). This analysis assumes all video stops at the defects recorded and video quality is sufficient to see defects. These results will be compared to the autocoded results from Sewer AI for the same videos. Differences between defect coding will be noted for each pipe reviewed .
