Public comment regarding items not listed on the agenda . <br /> <br />Chair Pace opened the public comment. Public comments were received by: Gerard T. Rawson. <br /> <br />Chair Pace closed the public comment. <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARING AND OTHER MATTERS <br />4. PUD-148, Meenu Gochhwal, 2207 Martin Avenue Review and affirm the conditions of approval <br />as modified by the Planning Commission at the August 23, 2023 public hearing, and finalize <br />recommendation to the City Council for final approval. <br /> <br />Recommendation: Adopt resolution No. PC-2023-18 recommending City Council approve the <br />application for a Planned Unit Development (PUD) Development Plan to establish development <br />standards for 2207 Martin Avenue, as filed under case No. PUD-148 <br /> <br />Associate Planner Diego Mora presented the item. <br /> <br />Chair Pace opened the public comment. Public comments were received by: Ashish Choudhary, <br />applicant; Ray Peterson; and Michelle Peterson. <br /> <br />Chair Pace closed the public comment. <br /> <br />MOTION: It was m/s by Gaidos/Morgan to adopt resolution No. PC-2023-18 with modifications to the <br />Conditions of Approval, adding item 4E stipulating that an Administrative Design Review permit shall be <br />required for tennis court lighting above 8 feet in height.
