There being no speakers, Chair Gaidos closed the public <br />comment. <br />PUBLIC HEARING AND OTHER MATTERS <br />5.P24-0023, Stacy Call, Bottoms Up Espresso, 4299 Valley Avenue Appeal of the Zoning <br />decision denying an application for Zoning Approval for Bottoms Up Espresso at an <br />existing drive-up kiosk located at 4299 Valley Avenue. <br />Recommendation: Adopt Resolution No. PC-2024-02 denying the appeal, thereby upholding the <br />ning Approval application. <br />Planning Manager Melinda Denis presented the item. <br />Chair Gaidos opened the public comment.
