<br />Planning Commission Minutes Page 1 of 2 January 24, 2024 <br /> <br /> <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />MEETING MINUTES <br /> <br /> <br />Wednesday, January 24, 2024 <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER, PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE, AND ROLL CALL <br /> <br />Chair Gaidos called the regular meeting of the Planning Commission to order at 7:06 p.m. from the City <br />Council Chambers located at 200 Old Bernal Avenue. <br /> <br />Commissioner Jain led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br />Commissioners Present: Commissioners Anurag Jain, Vivek Mohan, Brandon Pace, and Chair <br />Matt Gaidos <br /> <br />Commissioners Absent: Commissioners Ken Morgan and Stephanie Wedge <br /> <br />AGENDA AMENDMENTS <br /> <br />CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> <br />1.Actions of the Zoning Administrator <br /> <br />Recommendation: Receive report. <br /> <br />2.P23-0840, Kidsrobotic, Inc., 6654 Owens Drive Request for Conditional Use Permit approval <br />to establish a tutoring facility that serves up to 24 students August through May, and no more than <br />40 students during summer and winter school breaks at the existing facility located at 6654 Owens <br />Drive. <br /> <br />Recommendation: Adopt Resolution No. PC-2024-01 approving the Conditional Use Permit <br />application. <br /> <br />3.Approve the meeting minutes of December 13, 2023 <br /> <br />Recommendation: Approve the meeting minutes. <br /> <br />MOTION: It was m/s by Pace/Jain to approve the Consent Calendar, as recommended.
