to Villalobos & Associates, Inc. in the amount of$720,618 for the Annual Curb and Gutter for Street Resurfacing Project, CIP No. 24509 and approve budget amendments in the Gas Tax Fund Recommendation.- 1. ecommendation:1. Authorize the City Manager to enter into the construction contract with Villalobos & Associates, Inc. 2. Authorize the Acting Director of Public Works to approve and execute contract change orders for a project contingency amount of$72,000 (approximately 10 percent of the contract). 3. Transfer $200,000 from the Annual Sidewalk and Intersection Ramp Installations (ADA), CIP No. 24505, to the Annual Curb and Gutter for Street Resurfacing Project, CIP No. 24509. 4. Transfer $58,369 from the Annual Sidewalk Maintenance, CIP No. 24512, to the Annual Curb and Gutter for Street Resurfacing Project, CIP No. 24509. 10. Accept public improvements performed by JJ Construction & Design, Inc. for the lighting improvements for the Railroad Parking Lot Project, CIP No. 20462 and approve a budget amendment in the Miscellaneous CIP Fund Recommendation: 1. Accept the project as complete and authorize the City Clerk to file a Notice of Completion. 2. Authorize the release of the retention in the amount of$5,900 to JJ Construction & Design, Inc. 30 days after the recordation of the Notice of Completion. 3.
