FEE SUMMARY <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES HOURLY <br />ESTIMATE <br />II.B.1 PH 70.0 – CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATION 20,350 <br />II.B.2 PH 70.1 – AS DESIGN DRAWINGS 1,000 <br />TOTAL PROFESSIONAL FEES (HOURLY FEE ESTIMATE):$21,350 <br />B. BILLING AND PAYMENT <br />1. Compensation may be subject to renegotiation if: <br />a. Agreement is not signed by both parties (fully executed) within six (6) weeks of the date of this <br />Agreement; or <br />b. Work is stopped for more than sixty (60) days; or <br />c. Design Development starts beyond 18 months of the date of this Agreement. <br />2. Invoices shall be based on the percentage of completion of the contract (Fixed Fee) or hours spent <br />Hourly Estimate), as well as expenses, and shall be issued monthly via email to the Project <br />Representative indicated in this Agreement. Invoices are due upon presentation. Wire transfer or <br />ACH information (including changes) must be verified through phone confirmation with DAHLIN’s <br />CFO, Tim Williams at 925-251-7212, any deviation from this is at OWNER’s sole risk. OWNER shall <br />review invoices and contact DAHLIN within seven (7) days if there are any questions or problems that <br />would delay payment. Invoices become delinquent if not paid within 30 days of invoice date. Services <br />may be suspended if not paid within 45 days, and DAHLIN shall not be liable to OWNER for delay or <br />damage resulting to OWNER due to such suspension of services.
