Describe any trends or emerging needs you are observing in your project/program, as well as new opportunities your organization is <br />pursuing. <br />Emerging trends coming out of the pandemic and the eviction moratorium: <br />Landlords selling properties and participants trying to find an affordable place to live with increased rental rates. <br />Participants facing eviction and needing support to better understand their rights and responsibilities. <br />A record high number of deposits needed averaging between $3,000 and $5,000 per household if they need to move from one house to another. <br />A continued need for financial literacy as well as basic life and living skills. <br />Mental health and delayed learning for children from being out of school for a time. <br />Foster youth at risk of aging out of the foster care system. <br />Many participants are at risk of eviction and in need of between 1-3 months of back rent to be current. <br />7.
