The not-to-exceed amount is based upon 14 teams signing up for
each league, each season. The league, in its current, two-night form, can host 20 teams
per season, which reduces the City’s not-to-exceed amount by each team registration
fee, each season. With 20 teams, the annual costs for the City are:

Year 1 - $21,656
Year 2 - $23,822
Year 3 - $26,204

City staff expect that with increased marketing, the league will reach its maximum
enrollment each season.
