Accept public improvements performed by Gradetech, Inc. for the downtown transportation corridor parking lot project, CIP No. 17448 Recommendation: 1. Accept the Downtown Transportation Corridor Parking Lot Project as complete and authorize the City Clerk to file a Notice of Completion. 2. Authorize the release of the retention in the amount of$139,856.27 to GradeTech, Inc. 30 days after the recordation of the Notice of Completion. 3. Authorize the return of the project's balance of$239,031 back to the Miscellaneous CIP - General Fund (Fund 201). Mayor Brown opened public comment. The following individual provided comment: Pat O’Brien, John Asmussen, Sean Fogarty, Scott McMillin, Erin Sharpe and Mike Montoya. The Mayor closed public comment. MOTION: It was m/s by Nibert/Balch to approve the consent calendar as recommended except for item 2, and with a modification to item 9 to not include adult Sunday soccer and that when updates to the master fee schedule are made for co-sponsored groups that it be brought before the Council for review. Presentation of a Proclamation Recognizing October 2023 as Arts & Humanities Month Councilmember Testa introduced the proclamation recognizing October 2023 as Arts & Humanities Month. Kelly Cousins, President of the Pleasanton Cultural Arts Council, and Meghana Mitragotri, President of the Pleasanton Art League, received the proclamation. 16. Accept a report on the Water Supply Alternatives Study, approve the design and construction of two new wells as the preferred water supply alternative, establish a new Capital Improvement Project – Two New City Wells (Wells 9 and 10 and Associated Pipelines) CIP No. 24174, and appropriate funds from the Water Fund Recommendation: 1. Accept the Water Supply Alternatives Study Draft Final Report October 12, 2023 2.
