Accept $7,300,000 in 2024 Comprehensive Investment Plan funds from the Alameda County Transportation Commission for the West Las Positas Boulevard Multimodal Reconstruction Project, CIP No. 11514 Recommendation: 1. Adopt Resolution No. 23-1438 accepting $7,300,000 of Measure BB discretionary grant funds from the Alameda County Transportation Commission for the West Las Positas Multimodal Reconstruction Project, CIP No. 11514 2. Authorize the City Manager to execute the Project Funding Agreement for the West Las Positas Multimodal Reconstruction Project with the Alameda County Transportation Commission 3. Authorize $1.3 million in Fiscal Year 2023/24 and $6 million in Fiscal Year 2024/25, for a total of$7.3 million, in Measure BB discretionary grant funds be allocated to the revenue and expenditure accounts for CIP No. 11514 (Revenue — 16230231-333252-11514; Expenditure — 16230231-440108-11514).
