Field Light Invoices and Payment Schedule Co-sponsored groups are responsible for paying for field lights usage. Field lights will be billed quarterly. Admission Charges & Park Access • The City does not provide park exclusivity to any organization. Therefore, participants and spectators may only be charged the entry fee. Individuals using the park for exercise or access other areas of the park may not be forced to pay the entry fee. • All gates must be open for public access. If entry fees are assessed, the user must provide a representative at each gate to collect entry fee.
