Page 2 of 2 <br />OUTREACH <br />Staff sent an email communication to all five agencies as a reminder of the midterm <br />report requirement and upcoming due date. <br />STRATEGIC PLAN ALIGNMENT <br />This action advances the following Citywide goals and strategies: <br />ONE Pleasanton Citywide Strategic Plan (Attachment 3) <br />•Building a Community Where Everyone Belongs, Strategy 1 – Apply strategies <br />from the City’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Action Plan to increase <br />equitable access to City programs and services for the community <br />•Building a Community Where Everyone Belongs, Strategy 3 – Implement high- <br />priority items from the Library and Recreation Strategic Plan to continue to <br />deliver activities and programs that meet the needs and interests of the <br />community. <br />Library and Recreation Strategic Plan (Attachment 4) <br />•Goal A: Programs, Plans and Services – Deliver exceptional programs <br />and services that meet the needs and interests of the community. <br />FINANCIAL STATEMENT <br />The Youth Commission recommended grant funding to five agencies, in the amount of <br />$40,000. $12,855.84 has been expended thus far, leaving a balance of $27,144.16 <br />for the remainder of the Fiscal Year. <br />Submitted by: <br />Nicole Thomas <br />Recreation Supervisor <br />Attachments: <br />1.FY 2023/24 Midterm Summary Report <br />2.FY 2023/24 Community Grant Midterm Reports <br />3.One Pleasanton Citywide Strategic Plan <br />4.Library and Recreation Strategic Plan
