Page 3 of 3 <br />STRATEGIC PLAN ALIGNMENT <br />Approval of this action advances the City's ONE Pleasanton strategic plan goal of Optimizing <br />Our Organization, Strategy 2 - Procure and integrate critical software platforms across <br />departments for efficient and effective use by City staff and the public. The updated CMMS will <br />allow for tracking internal and external service and work requests, corrective work orders and <br />work management, preventative maintenance, staff resource planning and utilization, asset <br />management data, capital projects, inventory, timekeeping for work tasks, and create a better <br />customer service interface as it delivers a new public-facing portal to replace the current <br />Mobile Citizen application. <br /> <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />The second amendment to the agreement with GHD, Inc., will increase the not-to-exceed <br />amount by $140,300. The anticipated total expenditure for this contract will be $616,622, which <br />includes a 15 percent contingency. This increase in funding will be split evenly between the <br />General Fund 001 (OSD Admin - $46,766), Enterprise Funds 420 (Water O&M - $46,767), and <br />430 (Sewer O&M - $46,767).
