Resolution No. 23-1434 <br /> Page 2 of 7 <br /> SECTION 2. That the City of Pleasanton approves the pass-through of Zone 7 Water <br /> Agency wholesale treated water rates to its customers. <br /> SECTION 3. That the pass-through of Zone 7 Water Agency wholesale treated water <br /> rates to its customers is effective immediately and shall end on the next effective date for the <br /> pass-through as approved by Council action. <br /> SECTION 4. That the overall water rate revenues, including the drought/water shortage <br /> rates, are to be increased by 30%, beginning January 1, 2024, to December 31, 2024, and then <br /> increased by 12% for the next calendar year, January 1, 2025, to December 31, 2025. The Master <br /> Fee Schedule will be amended once. <br /> SECTION 5. This resolution shall become effective upon its passage and adoption and <br /> shall be operative on November 7, 2023. <br /> SECTION 6.
