8 Proposal Scope of Work Modifications FCS assumes a stable and complete Project Description and project plan set at project initiation. In the event the Project Description and/or Scope change to a degree that alters the fee estimate, FCS will contact City staff in writing to submit a revised fee for mutual agreement, and a contract amendment will be processed. Requests for additional work will be documented, and a completion timetable and estimated fee will be submitted for City approval. SCHEDULE FCS has prepared the following schedule outlining the anticipated timing of each task for an IS/Consistency Checklist. This schedule assumes the applicant-provided technical studies do not contain substantive "errors" that would require major revision and are adequate for the purposes of CEQA.
