During the hours of operation of dancing and music events, the patio and outdoor dining <br />areas ofthe bar/cantina shall not be used by patrons or employees, and the doors shall be <br />closed at all times to prevent noise disturbances outside ofthe building. <br /> <br />8. The Pedro's employees shall wear uniforms or matching shirts that distinguish them from <br />patrons. <br /> <br />9. The hours of operation for the restaurant and bar/cantina shall be limited to 11 :OOam to <br />12:00 midnight Monday and Tuesday, and from II :OOam to 2:00am Wednesday through <br />Saturday, and from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. on Sunday. <br /> <br />10. No loitering shall be allowed around the exterior of the facility. <br /> <br />11 There shall be no in-and-out privileges allowed for the dancing and music events. <br /> <br />12. During music and dancing events, no speakers shall be placed outside of the building. <br /> <br />13. The applicants shall maintain the area surrounding the restaurant, bar/cantina, and <br />parking lot in a clean and orderly manner at all times. <br /> <br />14. The kitchen shall remain open, with food items available to patrons, during the operating <br />hours ofthe business. <br /> <br />15. The business shall comply with the Chapter 9.24 of the Pleasanton Municipal Code <br />(Smoking in Public and Work Places). No smoking shall be allowed within the outdoor <br />dining or patio areas. <br /> <br />16. The applicant (or designated representative of the business) shall be responsible for <br />retrieving stray litter generated by this use, both within and around the parking lot, <br />outdoor dining and patio areas, and near the entry/exit doors of the establishment. <br /> <br />17. At no time shall balloons, banners, pennants, or other attention-getting devices be utilized <br />on the site except as allowed by Section l8.96.060K of the Zoning Ordinance for grand <br />openings. <br /> <br />{end} <br />
