d. Said territory is contiguous to the City of <br />Pleasanton, and is uninhabited territory in the County of Alameda. <br /> <br /> SECTION 2. The Council of the City of Pieasanton does hereby <br />approve the annexation of the territory hereinafter described to <br />the City of Pleasanton~ and does hereby further ordain that the <br />said territory be and is hereby annexed to the City of Pleasanton. <br /> <br /> Said territory~ the annexation of which to the City of <br />Pleasanton is herein approved~, is all that territory situated in <br />the Township of Pleasanton, County of Alameda~ State of Caiifornia~ <br />more particularly described as follows: <br /> <br /> (SEE EXHIBIT ~'~ATM, ATTACHED HERETO AND MADE A PART HEREOF) <br /> <br /> SECTION 3. As an interim measure and as a holding zone for <br /> <br />a period of ninety (90) days after the completion of these annexa- <br />tion proceedings, including the filing of certified copy of this <br />ordinance with the Secretary of State of California, the City <br />Council does hereby classify and zone said territo'~y described <br /> <br />follows: <br /> <br />Planned unit development~ pursuant to <br />S~?ction 19.806 Ordinance No. 309~ (Zoning <br />Ordinance~ as amended); and pursuant to <br />Map filed by MacKay and Somps, dated <br />March 1963~ and as approved by Planning <br />Commission action March 7~ 1963. <br /> <br />SECTION 4.
