<br /> <br />Task C: DEI Education <br />Sub-Task C.1: Staff Training <br />Summary of Focus Deliverables <br />Triangle Advising will provide custom design and <br />facilitation of team-specific and organizational- <br />wide training on pertinent DEI topics. We will <br />work with the Pleasanton leadership team to <br />determine the highest leverage topics and <br />recipients of each training session. Four total <br />sessions will be delivered (two different topics <br />each delivered two times) from January through <br />June 2024. <br /> <br />The focus will be on enhancing individual and <br />collective staff capacity to understand DEI, be <br />aware of their implicit biases, be culturally <br />sensitive, and act with an equity lens. <br /> <br />● Training materials including but not limited to <br />agenda, PPT, handouts, videos, and <br />references. <br />● Participant satisfaction survey <br />Sub-Task C.2: Executive Coaching <br />Summary of Focus Deliverables <br />Triangle Advising will provide up to 20 hours of <br />inquiry-based coaching to select City leaders and <br />staff. Sessions will be individualized and all <br />content will be anonymous.
