<br />Triangle Advising will function as the City’s de- <br />facto Chief Diversity and Equity Officer, a part- <br />time senior leader who provides real-time <br />support the the City Manager and executive <br />leadership team. In this role, we will review and <br />provide feedback and recommendations for <br />improvement on all key documents, decisions, <br />policies, and procedures on behalf of HR, <br />department leaders, and the executive leadership <br />team. <br />● Summary communication related to DEI- <br />related review of City policies, programs, <br />decisions, and procedures <br />● Recommendations for changes in language, <br />processes, or decision-making scenarios <br /> <br />Participate in in-person and remote meetings <br />with HR, the Executive Leadership team, and <br />other key staff members as needed to provide <br />insight into the DEI assessment, coaching and <br />advisory insights, and to meet support needs as <br />requested. <br />● Presence at monthly executive leadership <br />team meetings <br /> <br />Ensure quality executive of all aspects of Action <br />Plan Implementation from Task A including <br />troubleshooting challenges, proactive <br />communication, and leadership support <br />● To be determined based on need <br /> <br />DocuSign Envelope ID: CD3E74BF-6EE9-48D6-AA6F-AFF0DAE0267FDocuSign Envelope ID: 1DC7EB6B-9779-439F-BABA-5D43F43DB629
