<br />Resolution No. PC-97-20 <br />Page 2 <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />Section I. Recommends approval of the Negative Declaration prepared for Case PUD-96-l9, the <br />application of the Early Learning Institute for rezoning from the PUD (Planned Unit <br />Development) - MDR (Medium Density Residential) district to the PUD - P/I <br />(PubliclInstitutional) district and development plan approval of a revised development <br />plan to construct and operate a private school for up to 200 children, grades one <br />through eight, with two, one-story buildings totaling 17,000 square feet on an <br />approximately 3 .51-acre vacant site located on the northerly side of Stoneridge Drive <br />between Stone Pointe Way and the Zone 7 pump station. <br /> <br />Section 2.
