<br />113. The developer shall post address numerals on the building so as to be plainly visible from <br />all adjoining streets or driveways during both daylight and night time hours. Tenant <br />spaces shall be identified as determined by the City. <br /> <br />114. Trash enclosures which are sized to contain dumpsters with an individual capacity of 1.5 <br />cubic yards located within five feet of combustible walls, openings, or combustible roof <br />eaves shall be provided with an automatic fire sprinkler system. <br /> <br />115. All homes shall be constructed with a Class A fire retardant roofing material. <br /> <br />116. All buildings within the MCOIPD portion ofthe site shall be equipped with an automatic <br />fire sprinkler system <br /> <br />117. Unless otherwise approved by the Fire Marshall no housing construction shall begin until <br />such time as an acceptable emergency vehicle access has been established, as defined by <br />the Fire Marshall. This access shall be maintained at all time until the public <br />improvements are accepted. <br /> <br />I2. POLICE <br /> <br />118. All access restricting gates installed for this development shall be equipped with a remote <br />control mechanism to permit emergency activation from the communications console at <br />the Police Department. This shall consist of direct connection hardware, radio control, or <br />other mechanism approved by the Police Department.
