<br />" <br /> <br />Resolution No. PC-97-l5 <br />Page 2 <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. <br /> <br />Section 2. <br /> <br />Section 3. <br /> <br />Finds as follows: (1) proper notice was provided of the completion of the Draft <br />Supplemental Environmental Impact Report for SPA-95-0l and the Final <br />Supplemental Environmental Impact Report; (2) after having reviewed and <br />considered the material in the Final Supplemental Environmental Impact Report, <br />that the Final Supplemental Environmental Impact Report prepared is complete, <br />sufficient, and acceptable for the proposed project; and (3) the Final Supplemental <br />Environmental Impact Report for the proposed development plan has been <br />completed in compliance with the California Environmental Quality Act, and <br />State and City guidelines. <br /> <br />Recommends the approval of the Final Supplemental Environmental Impact <br />Report prepared for the application of Alameda County to modify the adopted <br />Stoneridge Drive Specific Plan to reduce the amount of commercial acreage from <br />103 acres to approximately 40 acres, add 45 acres of new residential land uses at <br />the Medium Density Residential range (2-8 units per acre), and relocate and <br />expand the 17-acre active use community park to a 33-acre community sports <br />park located west ofEl Charro Road, south ofInterstate 1-580, east of the <br />California Somerset and California Place neighborhoods, and north of the Kaiser <br />Sand and Gravel site. <br /> <br />This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED THE 12TH DAY OF FEBRUARY 1997 BY THE <br />FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: <br />ABSTAIN: <br /> <br />Commissioners Cooper, Dove, Lutz, and Wright, and Chair Barker <br />None <br />None <br />None <br /> <br />@;ST~ <br /> <br />peggy~ <br />City Clerk <br /> <br />/Jk~ <br /> <br />Debra Barkei' <br />Chair <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> <br />S3~~ <br /> <br />Dennis Beougher <br />Assistant City Attorney <br /> <br />I I <br />
