, . PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. PC-97-15 RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING CERTIFICATION OF THE FINAL SUPPLEMENTAL ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT PREPARED FOR THE STONERIDGE DRIVE SPECIFIC PLAN AMENDMENT, AS FILED UNDER CASE SPA-95-01 WHEREAS, Alameda County has applied to modify the adopted Stoneridge Drive Specific Plan to reduce the amount of commercial acreage from 103 acres to approximately 40 acres, add 45 acres of new residential land uses at the Medium Density Residential range (2-8 units per acre), and relocate and expand the 17-acre active use community park to a 33-acre community sports park located west ofEl Charro Road, south ofInterstate 1-580, east of the California Somerset and California Place neighborhoods, and north of the Kaiser Sand and Gravel site; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasant on provided public notice of completion of the Draft Supplemental Environmental Impact Report for Case SPA-95-01; and WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton has accepted and responded to comments to the Draft Supplemental Environmental Impact Report from public agencies having jurisdiction by law, persons having special expertise with respect to any environmental impact involved, and any interested person or organization; and WHEREAS, the Final Supplemental Environmental Impact Report has been prepared and contains the Draft Supplemental Environmental Impact Report, comments and recommendations received on the Draft Supplemental Environmental Impact Report, and the City of Pleasanton's responses to significant points raised in the review and consultation process; and WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton has provided notice of completion of the Final Supplemental Environmental Impact Report for the proposal; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton met on February 12, 1997, and held a public hearing upon the completeness and adequacy of the Final Supplemental Environmental Impact Report.
