I understand from our HOA that
our HOA dues will increase because water charges will almost double. In addition,we will be impacted for our own
water bill as well.
We are currently already paying fixed water and sewer charges not only for Pleasanton, but also for Livermore. Without
using a drop of water, we currently have to pay$197.66. Of course, our water bill is much higher than the $197.66
monthly fixed charge.
Given that we are out of the drought, we do not understand why water bills keep going up.To be quite honest, I think
you are driving residents out of the City of Pleasanton as it has become increasingly too expensive to live in Pleasanton. I
am unaware of any other cities in the Bay Area that charge ridiculously high water rates.
I would greatly appreciate it if you consider our comments as no necessity, including electricity, increases at a rate of
close to 100%.
Thank you,
