All utilities required to serve any existing or pr posed development on-site shall be installed underground, unless otherwise determin d by the City Engineer. The final design of the utility systems shall be subject to he review and approval of the City Engineer. Additionally, the developer shall unde ground the existing overhead utility lines along the project's frontage on Mohr Avenue. 61. Electric power distribution, gas distribution, comm ication service, cable television, and any required alarm systems shall be installed unde round in a joint utility trench unless otherwise specifically approved by the City Engin er or Director of Building Inspection for on-site. 62. The developer's contractor(s) shall obtain an encroa hment permit from the City Engineer prior to moving any construction equipment onto th site. The haul route for all materials to and from this development shall be approved by e City Engineer prior to the issuance of an encroachment permit. 63. The proposed sanitary sewer pump station shall be iminated and the sanitary sewer system redesigned to flow by gravity, unless otherw se approved by the City Engineer. All sanitary sewers shall be interconnected. 64. The developer shall be responsible for extending all ublic utilities to the intersection of Busch Road and the project's entrance street at Busc Road. The developer may request pro-rata reimbursement from other benefiting prope ies. MISCET LANEOUS 65. The developer shall pay its prorata share, as determi ed by the City Engineer, of the following improvements, prior to the recordation of final map: a. The East Amador Regional Sanitary Sewer r imbursement agreement; b. the Storm Drain oversizing reimbursement a reement with Standard Pacific; c. and, the reconstruction of the intersections 0 Stanley Boulevard and Valley Avenue and Santa Rita Road and Valley Av nue.
