<br />Resolution No. PC-97-09 <br />Page 19 <br />1 JTIT JTIFS <br /> <br />60. All utilities required to serve any existing or pr posed development on-site shall be <br />installed underground, unless otherwise determin d by the City Engineer. The final <br />design of the utility systems shall be subject to he review and approval of the City <br />Engineer. Additionally, the developer shall unde ground the existing overhead utility <br />lines along the project's frontage on Mohr Avenue. <br /> <br />61. Electric power distribution, gas distribution, comm ication service, cable television, and <br />any required alarm systems shall be installed unde round in a joint utility trench unless <br />otherwise specifically approved by the City Engin er or Director of Building Inspection <br />for on-site. <br /> <br />62. The developer's contractor(s) shall obtain an encroa hment permit from the City Engineer <br />prior to moving any construction equipment onto th site. The haul route for all materials <br />to and from this development shall be approved by e City Engineer prior to the issuance <br />of an encroachment permit. <br /> <br />63. The proposed sanitary sewer pump station shall be iminated and the sanitary sewer <br />system redesigned to flow by gravity, unless otherw se approved by the City Engineer. <br />All sanitary sewers shall be interconnected. <br /> <br />64. The developer shall be responsible for extending all ublic utilities to the intersection of <br />Busch Road and the project's entrance street at Busc Road. The developer may request <br />pro-rata reimbursement from other benefiting prope ies. <br /> <br />MISCET LANEOUS <br /> <br />65. The developer shall pay its prorata share, as determi ed by the City Engineer, of the <br />following improvements, prior to the recordation of final map: <br /> <br />a. The East Amador Regional Sanitary Sewer r imbursement agreement; <br /> <br />b. the Storm Drain oversizing reimbursement a reement with Standard Pacific; <br /> <br />c. and, the reconstruction of the intersections 0 Stanley Boulevard and Valley <br />Avenue and Santa Rita Road and Valley Av nue. <br />
