This restriction shall be included in the project CC&R's and <br />shall be recorded as a deed restriction with the affected homes prior to the issuance of a <br />building permit for these homes. <br /> <br />LANDSCAPING AND FENCING <br /> <br />14. The designs of the "parkway" planter areas between the sidewalk and street curb and the <br />neighborhood squares shall be submitted for the review and approval by the Planning <br />Director prior to the recordation of a final map for the project. The planter strips shall <br />utilize turf as the groundcover. Additionally, the species of street trees to be planted <br />throughout the development shall be submitted for the review and approval by the <br />Planning Director prior to the recordation of a final map for the project. <br />
