Customer Accounts and Usage <br />City Staff provided detailed customer billing data for FY 2022,which included information such as customer class, <br />billed consumption in ccf,and meter size for each of the bi-monthly billing periods. Future usage and accounts <br />were projected based off of FY 2022 data. <br />Table 2-5 shows the projected meter counts by customer class and meter size for the Study period.Table 2-6 shows <br />the projected water usage in ccf by customer class and tier for the Study period. We assume an annual increase in <br />demand of 2.5%from FY 2025 through FY 2026 for all customer classes except recycled water irrigation,which is <br />assumed to remain at constant demand for the study period.
