Approve the fourth amendment to agreement for as-needed electrical services with Harvey Electric by increasing the not-to-exceed amount by $400,000 for fiscal year 2023/24 for a total cumulative not-to-exceed amount of $1,500,000 over a five-year term Recommendation: Authorize the City Manager to amend the as-needed agreement with Harvey Electric by increasing the not-to-exceed amount to $400,000 for FY 2023/24 (to June 30, 2024), which increases the total cumulative not-to-exceed amount to $1,500,000 over five years. MOTION: It was m/s by Balch/Nibert to approve the consent calendar as recommended except for item 6 which was removed from consent calendar.
