Location and Notification Maps <br /> <br /> <br />STAFF RECOMMENDATION <br />Staff recommends the Planning Commission adopt a resolution recommending: (1) the City <br />Council find the proposed Fifth Amendment to the Stoneridge Shopping Center Development <br />Agreement is exempt from further review under the California Environmental Policy Act <br />(CEQA) pursuant to Public Resources Code section 21083.3 and CEQA Guidelines section <br />15183; and (2) the City Council approve the proposed Fifth Amendment as set forth in Exhibit <br />A. <br /> <br />
