parties desire that the two (2) bedrooms in this new ADU also be subject to the rental <br /> restrictions and conditions of the Regulatory Agreement. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, in exchange for valuable consideration, the receipt of which <br /> is acknowledged, the parties agree as follows: <br /> A. Section 4. Occupancy of the Regulatory Agreement is amended to add: "After <br /> completion of construction of the ADU on the Property, the two (2) bedrooms in the <br /> ADU shall be used to house Very Low Income adults with developmental disabilities, <br /> with one (1) qualified adult per bedroom." <br /> B. REACH agrees and acknowledges that upon completion of construction of the <br /> ADU, the ADU and its occupants shall be considered as part of the Project and subject <br /> to all of the terms and conditions of the Regulatory Agreement. <br /> C. Unless specifically modified by this Amendment, the Regulatory Agreement <br /> remains in full force and effect. <br /> D. All terms not specifically modified in this Amendment shall have the meaning and <br /> definitions set forth in the Regulatory Agreement. <br /> E.
