BOX 520 <br /> PLEASANTON, CA 94566 <br /> APN: 946-3404-019-00 <br /> AMENDMENT TO REGULATORY AGREEMENT <br /> THIS AMENDMENT TO REGULATORY AGREEMENT ("Amendment") is <br /> entered into , 2023, between the City of Pleasanton, a municipal <br /> corporation ("City") and Tri-Valley REACH, a California non-profit public benefit <br /> corporation ("REACH"). <br /> Recitals <br /> I. REACH is the successor in interest to Housing Opportunities Utilizing Supportive <br /> Services ("HOUSE, Inc."),- and <br /> II. City previously loaned money to HOUSE, Inc., which money was a portion of the <br /> funds that enabled HOUSE, Inc. to buy an existing single family home on real property <br /> commonly known as 5608 Hansen Drive, Pleasanton, CA 94566, as more particularly <br /> described as: <br /> Lot 107 of Tract 3092 recorded September 11, 1969, in Book 63 <br /> of Maps, pages 37 to 40, inclusive, Alameda County <br /> Recorder's Office; Recorder's Series No. 69-102232 ("Property") <br /> III. HOUSE, Inc. and the City previously entered into a Regulatory Agreement on <br /> January 13, 1997, ("Regulatory Agreement") recorded on January 17, 1997, as Series <br /> No. 97016086, Alameda County Records, which imposed rental restrictions and other <br /> conditions on the use of the home on the Property as housing for three (3) to four (4) <br /> Very Low Income adults with developmental disabilities. <br /> IV. The parties acknowledge that the Date of Initial Occupancy of the house on the <br /> Property was <br /> V. As the need for housing adults with developmental disabilities continues to exist, <br /> REACH has sought and is receiving from the City additional loan funds to pay for some <br /> of the costs to construct a new accessory dwelling unit (ADU) on the Property; and the <br /> Page 1 of 2 <br />
