A designated representative of the organization must be in attendance. o If meeting attendance drops below 75%, organization's Sports Co-Sponsor status may be revoked. If the designated member is not available to attend a meeting, another member from the organization may attend. City Responsibilities and Services • Make athletic fields available at no or low cost for the organization's program(s). • Provide priority field allocation to City Co-Sponsored sports organizations. • Provide standard maintenance such as regular mowing, aeration, weed abatement, tree trimming, irrigation. • Provide home plates, pitching rubbers, base pegs, setting of base pegs, and installation of permanent fixtures (i.e., bat racks, storage boxes, etc.). • Provide six (6) large soccer goals, two (2) small soccer goals, six (6) football goal posts (not including pad), six (6) small lacrosse goals and six (6) large lacrosse goals at Stanford Medicine Sports Complex, and scoreboard at Stanford Stadium field. • Provide use of City owned storage spaces at Val Vista Community Park, Ken Mercer Sports Park, Stanford Medicine Sports Complex, and concession stands at Ken Mercer Sports Park. • Ensure inclusive recreational opportunities for Pleasanton residents and comply with the Fair Play in Community Sports Act (Gender Equity) while preserving a means of access for other recreational uses.
