Verification <br />will be by submitting a copy of a bill from either utility showing the discount. <br /> <br />c) Discounts shall not be additive. <br />**The Ruby Hill rates are currently $37.70 monthly equating to $75.40 bimonthly. These rates, by <br />contract with the City of Livermore, change when the City of Livermore sewer fees are adjusted.
