CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 04-076 <br /> <br />AMENDMENT TO RESOLUTION NO. 92-100 (MASTER <br />FEE SCHEDULE) TO ESTABLISH REVISED <br />REGIONAL SEWER USER CHARGES <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Resolution No. 92-100 (A Resolution Establishing Fees and Charges <br /> for Various Municipal Services) is the present repository for listing <br /> of fees and charges for the City of Pleasanton. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 92-100 (Master Fee Schedule) is hereby <br />amended to read as set forth on Exhibit "A" attached hereto <br />and incorporated herein by this reference. <br /> <br />Section 2: <br /> <br />This resolution shall become effective on November 22, <br />2004. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br />REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON, AT A MEETING HELD ON OCTOBER 19, 2004 BY THE <br />FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: <br /> <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: <br />ABSTAIN: <br /> <br />Council members - Ayala, Brozosky, Campbell, Hosterman, <br />and Mayor Pico <br />None <br />None <br />None <br /> <br />~br~_~on, City Clerk <br /> <br />Michael H.
