Based on that discussion, I understand that <br /> the City would like to have our consultant agreement for the next phases of design <br /> approved at the some time the concept is being approved at the October 3rd City Council <br /> meeting. These services will be performed under our existing on-call agreement with the <br /> City, originally dated August 4, 2020 and amended on June 30, 2023. Other assumptions <br /> include: <br /> • Geotechnical services are not included in this proposal. Our structural engineer will <br /> design to code minimum for any of their scoped structural items. <br /> • Environmental services and regulatory agency permitting are not included in this <br /> proposal. At this time, the improvements are anticipated to stay out of the <br /> jurisdictional boundaries of the Regional Water Quality Control Board (RWQCB) and <br /> California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW). See project limits diagram <br /> attached. <br /> • Construction budget is approximately $1.5M. <br /> Under contract to the City of Pleasanton, CALA will prepare plans and specifications <br /> delineating these improvements. To assist you in these efforts, we would orcoose to <br /> complete the following tasks in chronological order. The items shown in bold-face italics <br /> are documents that we would prepare as part of our tasks. <br /> 1.0 PRELIMINARY DESIGN (Services Completed) <br /> 2.0 CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS <br /> 2C 1 50% Design Development Submittal: Based on Council's selected concept, prepare <br /> construction documents ro a 50% level of completion. Plans will be prepared at <br /> 1"=20' scale on 24x36 'inch sheet size.
