Incorporated through the State of California as a nonprofit corporation <br /> or provide sufficient documentation to the City to ensure nonprofit status. <br /> 4. Comply with all operational policies, regulations, and rules of the <br /> Department of Parks and Community Services. <br /> 5. Submit annual enrollment figures by date established by the Department <br /> of Parks and Community Services. <br /> 6. Comply with all related facility rules and regulations. <br /> 7. Provide the Director of Parks and Community Services or designee with <br /> general program information in addition to special events. <br /> 8. File with the Department of Parks and Community Services amendments <br /> to the group's bylaws and/or constitution. <br /> 9. Annually file with the Department of Parks and Community Services a <br /> roster containing the name, address, and telephone number of all officers <br /> and/or boardmembers. <br /> 10. Annually submit to the Director of Parks and Community Services an <br /> approved budget and year-end financial statement. These annual reports <br /> are to coincide with the budget year of the cosponsored organization. The <br /> financial records of the cosponsored organization shall be open to the City <br /> and any participants in the cosponsored activity. <br /> 11. Group membership is to be comprised of at least 75% Pleasanton <br /> residents. <br /> 12. Require all program participants to file a properly signed document <br /> holding the City of Pleasanton harmless in case of an accident. <br /> 13. Comply with the insurance requirements referred to in I.F. <br /> 14. When utilizing City facilities, litter and trash must be removed from the <br /> site after each use. The City reserves the right to charge groups the <br /> cost of clean up, if necessary, due to noncompliance. <br />
