Requirements for Permitted Groups <br /> A. Requirements for Qualification <br /> 1. Submit an application to the Director of Parks and Community Services. <br /> 2. Be a recognized, responsible Pleasanton organization or club. <br /> 3. Provide advanced payment for any and all fees required per the <br /> Facility Rental Policy. <br /> 4. Comply with the insurance requirements as referred to in I.F. <br /> 5. When utilizing City facilities, litter and trash must be removed from the <br /> site after each use. The City reserves the right to charge groups the <br /> cost of clean up, if necessary, due to noncompliance. <br /> B. Examples and Description of Permitted Groups <br /> Pleasanton groups and clubs using facilities for direct benefit of its own <br /> membership. <br /> Charges assessed for use of City recreation and park facilities shall be higher <br /> if the intent of the program is to raise funds for nonpublic benefit purposes. <br /> For specific charges, consult the Facility Rental Policy. <br /> C. Department Responsibilities and Services <br /> 1. Short term use of City facilities, provided the use does not conflict with <br /> other City or Department programs. <br /> 2. Loan or rental of certain equipment. <br />
