Staff services on a limited basis. <br /> *Charges for such services at the discretion of the City Council, after <br /> review and recommendation of the Parks and Recreation Commission. <br /> V. Requirements for Approved Groups <br /> A. Requirements for Qualification <br /> 1. Groups receiving this designation must conduct program(s) which are of <br /> an indirect recreation purpose or be of some other highly significant <br /> community value. <br /> 2. Must make a detailed application to the Director of Parks and Community <br /> Services sixty (60) days in advance of such programs. <br /> 3. Group membership must be comprised of at least 75% Pleasanton <br /> residents. <br /> 4. Approved groups requesting use of the City facilities at reduced or no cost <br /> may be requested by the Director of Parks and Community Services to <br /> provide a budget for the proposed activity. <br /> 5. Comply with the insurance requirements referred to in I.F. <br /> 6. When utilizing City facilities, litter and trash must be removed from the <br /> site after each use. The City reserves the right to charge groups the cost <br /> of clean up, if necessary, due to noncompliance. <br /> B. Examples and Description of Approved Groups <br /> Fraternal, social service and service organizations using City recreation and park <br /> facilities to conduct special community programs considered of benefit to the <br /> community (Example: Art Show, Rotary Corn Roast, Health Faire). <br /> C. Departmental Responsibilities <br /> 1. Provide use of facility at no cost or reduced rates. <br /> *2. Use of certain equipment and materials. <br />
