Agency Qualifications: <br /> The Pleasanton Police Department has been the recipient of OTS grants in the past, have <br /> personnel who are familiar with the implementation of the grant, and are training other officers to <br /> meet goals of internal succession planning. PPD has continued to hire new officers over the last <br /> several years, but like other agencies around the area, low staffing levels have impacted our <br /> directed special enforcement objectives. The Pleasanton Police Department has selected areas <br /> of enforcement that are achievable for our department and our staffing levels.
